(1) History: We take stock of your attitudes, expectations and belief systems about the opposite sex and relationships. Most singles carry around a lot of unrealistic fantasies, angers and injuries which create a negative instead of positive outlook.

(2) Confidence: Men and women alike suffer from many insecurities about their desirability, conversational skills, and ability to interact successfully with the opposite sex. Together we work on elevating your self-esteem so you become more attractive to the opposite sex.

(3) Create a Master Plan: Understand what qualities are important to you in a partner. We'll put together a plan of action to help you get out and meet quality men or women and sell yourself, just as you would on a job interview! Gain clarity and how to screen potential partners in or out.

(4) Behaviors: Examine how certain behaviors or lack of action cause the opposite sex to respond positively or negatively to you. Recognize quickly when someone is interested or not. Gain control of the dating process by avoiding critical mistakes. Remove obstacles, negative patterns and self-imposed limitations that hold you back. Become comfortable with sending signals of interest by flirting.
